At MotoLanna we strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

We offer three different methods of shipment.

Registered Airmail:

Registered Airmail is the most economical choice for packages weighing up to 2 kg. Transit times typically take 10-30 days, depending on your location - with the USA and Canada taking the longest. This service is not trackable on-line, but an inquiry can be made if an item goes missing. The post office keeps a written record of the entire mailing process.

Airmail Parcel:

Airmail Parcel is airmail for packages weighing up to 20 kg, and is trackable on-line via the Thailand Post Website. Transit times typically take 10-30 days, depending on your location. This is the most cost effective choice for shipments weighing over 2 kg. Note that this is not available for S.E. Asia or Hong Kong. These destinations should choose Express Mail.

Express Mail:

Express Mail is the quickest and safest method available for packages weighing up to 20 kg. Transit times typically take 4-7 days. It is trackable on-line and insured up to $200.00. EMS is not available to Costa Rica, Guam, New Caledonia, Puerto Rico, or South Africa.

Please note that while we will assist you in locating your package if it goes missing, MotoLanna IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST SHIPMENTS. If you are concerned about the chance of loss, we recommend you choose Express Mail for your shipment.

Large Orders:

If you intend to place a large order, contact us. We may be able to offer a lower price on the shipping.
